Our tea party workshop is designed to help teen girls and women reach their fullest potential.  Participants will be crowned with confidence and empowered to walk in wisdom.  Through meaningful conversation and activities: a new perspective on how to do life wisely will be obtained.

Our Youth Testimonial This Year is Hailey Rapier

This will be Hailey's third time coming to the WOW Workshop and we are excited to see her grow in wisdom and share her testimony of how WOW has helped her gain confidence. 

Hailey is a Site Director for Elkhorn Kids Campus. She is a native of Omaha, NE, and graduated from Roncalli Catholic in 2021. She will be attending Metro Community College this summer to obtain her degree in Photography. She currently has her own growing photography business. One of her achievements is living on her own at 19 years old and being a Director. She loves being around kids and inspiring the preteens, youth, and adults about how much they mean to the world. She also enjoys sitting at home and watching Netflix and Disney Plus.

Tamara McMillan

Tamara Dawn is the Founder and CEO of Tamara The Dawn, Inc. a Consulting Agency that helps people with their professional and personal development. Tamara believes that to develop professionally, it is important to evolve mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as well. In addition to running her Consulting Agency, she is a Content Creator and the host of Tamara til the Break of Dawn, a multi-award-winning weekly podcast that highlights her life and struggles to inspire and encourage growth in others. Tamara owns Melanintoxicate, an appealing brand that celebrates the beauty found within melanated people.

She holds a BS in Psychology and has spent over a decade in the Social Work field teaching workforce development to at-risk and underserved youth and adults. She is the mother of  3 Adult children.

 Cynthia is a native Nebraskan, born and raised in Omaha, Ne, and is a seasoned entrepreneur with decades of experience in sales, marketing, and operations. In 1999, she founded a medical distribution firm in her apartment, which generated more than $76,000,000 in sales over 15 years

After closing this company, she went on to found a multi-state home health and hospice agency which gross over 150,000,000 dollars in sales and served over 6.700 patients.

Cynthia has received numerous industry-based awards and was named 2014, A Woman of the Year in Healthcare by the National Association of Professional Women. She holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. More importantly, she is the proud mother of 3 adult children, 14 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
